Crush Wine & Bistro
Crush is a fine dining establishment set just across the street from Shanghai’s new and very popular Shangkang Li development. Chef Dylan is a culinary innnovator that is always serving some of the most creative cuisine in Shanghai, while owner operator Elliot is Crush’s go-to sommelier, having extensive wine expertise.
At the heart of the brand concept was the idea to channel imagery and graphics that evoke the community of artists in lower Manhattan during the 1970s and 80s.
I led the branding development of both the restaurant and it’s back of house wine e-commerce business.
Using the extensive digital brand toolkit we developed, the Crush team now has an in-house staff of video and social content creators that continue to evolve the brand in execution.
